THE OPPORTUNITY: Reporting to the Estimating manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Deliver production estimates of single & double storey luxury homes, valued up to $2 mil. Strong focus on Knock down rebuild homes Thorough documentation review prior to site start, ensuring working drawings, specifications, HIA contract and post contract variations are aligned. Identify extra to order (ETO) trends within the Operation and Construction teams to assist in the overall business ETO reduction. Ensure quality, accuracy, consistency and completeness of quotations and costings. Excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders working closely with all internal and supporting teams. ABOUT YOU: An ideal candidate will have previous experience in residential construction as a Production Estimator. DATABUILD software Must have previous residential experience with Knock down rebuild projects (minimum 1 year) Exceptional quality of work and eye for detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Understanding of the Victorian residential construction building codes and regulations.
